Quick link to ASCII codes and HTML symbols:  https://www.ascii-code.com/

When creating user names, you can use ASCII codes for characters not found on the keyboard.

The first 32 codes (0-31) are printer control commands.  #32-127 are keyboard keys.

The extended ASCII chart are characters #128-255.

By pressing the alt key and typing the Decimal number, the correlating character will print on the screen

Example 1:  while holding ALT key, type 241

The result will be:  ±  (plus minus sign)

Example 2:  while holding ALT key, type 167

the result will be:  °  (degree sign)

Example 3: OLD BUCK (space) (ALT 204) (ALT 205) (ALT 203) (ALT 205) (ALT 196) (ALT 196)

OLD BUCK ╠═╦═──

Example 4: (ALT 153), L, D, (space), B, (ALT 154), (ALT 128), K, (space), (ALT 14)

ÖLD BÜÇK ♫
