Eye of round stead (seasoned with a pepper blend and sea salt 30 minutes ahead of grilling)

Grilled for 5 minutes a side on 340 deg - came out a perfect medium

Sauteed asparagus and broccolli

A satisfying and healthy meal for a 65 degree early afternoon on the deck.

I am just picturing you like this, Gregbo.

Don't forget your mate Don...lacking in any culinary skills, sat alone, with only a massive tin of soup.

And no tin opener.

@ulynecro  Check Uly!

Just give me the opportunity and I'll be grilling, weather is not a factor as the deck has an overhang!

Don, I have a small supply of U.S. Military P51 can openers.  They are larger than the old P38's.

Here, take one! 😎

**SURVIVAL TIP**

Also, you can open a tin using the sidewalk.  Rub the tin back and forth on the concrete slab.  Check often to see when the rim gets ground off and you are close to reaching the lid.  As you start to see moisture on the concrete slab, STOP.  Turn the can over and use a knife to pry the lid off.

You may also use a hunting knife to pierce the lid.  Use a fixed blade knife.  DO NOT use a folding knife as the lock may fail.

Electricity is the noose of the elite.

And the outlets in my tent stopped working.

The only thing I'm grilling are insects!

Don, use the Godzilla approach to obtaining meat!

@old-buck  Great video Buck!

Now Don, when you have the woman on her hands and knees stroking the can, do not "pry up to get to the perforated edges!"  She may not be "strong enough to squeze it", but neither should you... you might strain something!
