The only reason I have 'premium' in the title of this recipe is because I used eye of round steak for the beef.  I was not paying attention at the store when I purchased it and all four cuts were about 1/2" thick.  I still grilled them of course, but just not as the entree.

Pull meat from fridge and let sit for 5 minutes.  Cube 1 or 1 1/4 lb of steak, into 1/2 to 3/4" chucks, put in bowl and add 1/4 cup of worcestershire sauce, 1 Tbsp salt, 2 tbsp of canola oil, gently fold meat until covered in mixture. Leave out covered for 20 minutes, continuing to fold until all liquid is absorbed.

1 bag (12 oz) wide egg noodles (boil for 9 minutes)

While noodles are boiling, chop 1/2 large onion (about 1 cup), drain 8 oz mushroom pieces & stems, add 2 tbsp canola oil and sautee in pan. Set aside on stove top.

With gas grill on 350 deg F, add meat onto grilling mat or grill pan.  After cooking for four (4) minutes, stir/flip  and cook an additional 3 minutes.  Add meat into pan with vegetables and stir for 2 minutes on medium heat.  Add 1/2 cup of sour cream and continue stiring.  You may have to add some additional worcestershire sauce to reduce the thickness.

Drain egg noodles, plate beef over noodles and enjoy with a New Glarus Spotted Cow, if you have one!

Nice Gregbo.

Where I'm from we just call it "spotted cow"  because everyone knows it's from new glarus.

It's made about an hour south of Madison and you can see the brewery from the highway.  😉

Check, was there last summer in July and brought four cases back with me. 🍺
