There is now open research calling out process food more blatantly for being unhealthy and dangerous. This research isn't new, but it is no longer being hidden on page 18 of the newspaper. Through the elaborate ruse of good business, companies have long been putting cheap chemicals and materials in mass produces food products to add to their profit margin. The benefit they reap is also knowing not to eat their own products. You will not see many of the VIP persons consuming their food products out of concern of health problems that might occur, and neither should we partake in their low-end food marketing. I am personally working on a new way of eating and living, cutting out processed foods and sugars, but not all at once. I will be taking steps through the next few months until I am no longer buying any more of these products, focusing on foods that we were meant to consume.

"Processed foods have long been linked to shorter life spans and increased cancer cases."

"Groundbreaking research from the US's National Institutes of Health suggests for the first time that the relationship is causal: No matter how nutritious they are, processed foods lead people to eat more and gain weight."

"Scientists still aren't sure why this is the case, but they think there may be something unique about the way our hormones interact with processed foods. Plus, we typically eat them faster than unprocessed meals, meaning the body has less time to stop and register when it's full."

Uly, look up Dr. Sebi and his diet. Acidic and hybrid foods are supposed to be avoided as well. See if that helps!

"Scientists still aren't sure why this is the case, but they think..."

Most hilarious sentence! Contemporary journolism at its best! Yeah, scientists do think, my ass!

Scientists, actually, have been very sure and have known precisely for many decades, now, why the `processed foods´, refined sugars, certain additives and even GMO´s will get you down 6 feet under fast. Or infertile. Or moronic.

They know this so well, because this knowledge more often than not is EXACTLY what will make them loose their jobs if ever uttered publicly. Take Aspartame as an example, it got authorized (by the FDA) in 1984 as a nutritional product/additive/sweetener.

Aspartame has until then only been known as one of the most cancerogene substances on all of earth - and as the effective, lethal agent of RAT POISON.

This is a rabbit hole for you. Overpopulation is not pretty, dealing with imminent overpopulation is not pretty, either. Something has got to give.

Inividually and personally you will do much better, if you stay out of this program to undoom mankinds´ near future - and eat and live healthy, instead.

Not only is dealing with overpopulation an all out anthroposophic (man(kind)-loving) endeavour - it is great for making shitloads of money in no time:

Just ask the same CEO´s of food giants, who for their own lives would not even touch one of their house´s products.

I've always ate what I wanted, when I wanted it. Of course, I've never been keen on digesting all that industrial-made crap they call "food" but still, I cannot say that my eating habits have been the best over those past 40-some-odd years.

My weakness was sugar, sweets in the form pies, cakes and chocolate-covered banana splits or whatever, extra-sugared coffee and tea and Arabic pastries which contain high levels of honey and sugar, almonds and dates... yum!

I've dialed everything down the past few years to help with my hypertension and maybe a mild case of extra cholesterol. I don't have sugar with a bit of coffee anymore and the pastries are now the minority in my kitchen, replaced by (dry) fruits and saltine crackers...

Still, I've always been as healthy as a bull and the docs can't believe my age when they examine me.

I think diet solutions as prevention or care is a matter of appropriate individual assessment. No two bodies are going to react the same to the same foods. If someone else had abused sugar as I did, they'd be dead of diabetes by now. But my lifestyle and high blood pressure permitted me burn all that sugar so it's not one size fits all.

Also, how can anyone believe those "experts" when one year they tell you eggs ( or milk or...) aren't good for you then the year after that they encourage you to eat them?

Experts in bullshit!

Listen to your body and its reactions, they tell you way more than some blue-pill asshole whose job it is to lie and misinform.

Don't let them blame, shame or tame you!

I will agree with you to listen to what your body tells you. For instance I hate fruit and haven't ate it in years (too much sugar). I didn't get told to I just felt awful after eating it. I get my vitamin c from green peppers, of which I eat constantly.  I tend to eat garlic cause I crave it I later learned good for my heart. Now I have started feeling bad after drinking soda. Guess what is on the chopping block now?

Matcha Savage  I was surprised to learn there are things the FDA allows for human consumption that other countries have a outright ban on.

Your diet sounds quite healthy. I add green, red and yellow peppers in my meals plus whatever seasoning I deem necessary, including garlic and onions and mushrooms...

As far as I'm concerned, if it comes in a box or can it's already been compromised. There is nothing more satisfying than going to the market, buying everything fresh and cut it up and cook it into a meal.

I've even started making my own pizzas and I can promise you they look nothing like that pathetic Domino's pizza that look like a truck ran over it.

Actually I thought those delivery pizzas looked like they were made for patching holes in drywall, or maybe repairing potholes. It's rather mystifying that people actually buy those things and eat them. They look like some tomato sauce was shot at a piece of dry wall using the equivalent of a pneumatic pumpkin chucker.

And you're being kind, too. Out of all the years I ordered pizzas maybe one or two came as they're advertised... when they don't screw up on the toppings or short-change you.

I quit ordering pizzas a few years ago. I'm not about to pay €15 for an ounce of tomato sauce on paper-thin crappy crust and some toppings that look like they've been through a wood chipper.

Pizza Hut sucks too. When the pizza isn't burned, merrily brought by some hoe who doesn't seem to know what a pizza is supposed to look like, it's chewy or dry or cold or falling appart... and then they ask you for money like you just ate caviar or something.

Want something done well? Do it yourself.

Absolutely great post Uly and thanks to everyone else for their replies.  A healthy, stable diet is critical to having a proper foundation.  All other health and medical conditions are directly related to that.  All is well if the foundation is strong, but not if it is weak.  As discussed, our bodies are structured to adapt and function under many different discrete food plans, however the key is a deliberate, paced migration from one meal plan to another.

The news can no longer be hidden on page 18.

Obesity has become a national crisis.

It's not as bad in Germany yet, since many toxic "modern" foods are not approved here. But the EU is bullying everyone to adapt to what Monsanto wants.

In the end of that game, our procreation system will fall apart (even without MGTOW) since most women will become bed-ridden in a few years of time.

I wonder how long it's going to take until the food and advertising industry gets a beating by the people.

I say "by the people", since the government=gynocracy is corrupt to the core and will not help us. They only look at economics with a blindfold blanking out the future costs of whatever they do.

Here is a video right on topic, explaining the future that awaits us.

This is a huge topic.

Basically every food we eat is "processed" to some degree.

Sausages, bacon, bread, cheese... You can make 120 minute long movies on the way each of these foods are being manufactured.

And if you have a frozen meal, the ingredients' list - of course - will be huge.

I rather draw the line between bad foods and good foods.

Bad: Cakes, cookies, bread with sweet coatings or inlays...

Bad: Have someone with severe Chemical Sensitivity test eat it and he will tell you hours later if he was able to work or if the food cleaned out his entire digestive system. I like to point to "taste boosters" like "Monosodium Glutamate" and other artificial aromas.

I eject bad foods in "close to zero" time lag. "Through the back door" and without serious symptoms, And then, I have to eat all over again. It's all gone and I feel like starving.

And I found out that it is often not the type but the maker of the food. Not even it's price. Sometimes the cheap brand uses less "spectacular" tasting chemical spices and is therefore healthier to eat. It's all individual.

Basic foods are also advisable to prefer: Corn Flakes "naked" and no sugar around it... (I shop in discounters buying the basic shit because I don't need the "huge choice" between 100 brands of unhealthy cereals.  Just the basic parts and I put them together on my own accord. And leave the sugar and trans-greasy chocolate out)

Some finished mixtures - often the cheapest supermarket in-house brands - have "nothing bad" in them and taste quite basic. Which is good if your taste receptors are not yet fucked up.

(If the industry has not made you an MSG, sugar and salt addict)

Meat, chicken and fish products: I tell you hours later if I had burps that would kill flies or if I actually forgot what I had eaten.

Heavily dependent on the maker and supplier. Not even the price. Bad meat and you burp like you had eaten cat food. (If you now how cats burp...)

Same with milk and dairy products: Basic shit and add small amounts of marmalade/jam if you want it sweet. Avoiding all of the "stabilizers" and "antioxidants" that are added to keep the "Fruit-Whatever-Yoghurt" in good shape. (No shelf-life extensions needed)

Need I say to avoid all sweet soda shit...? All sugars are bad. And the sugar substitutes come with their own heath risks.

Mineral water is king. It's all the body needs. And their taste difference is also more dependent on maker, origin and supplier. not just the price. I tested them all and found a few favorites. The cheapest in one store being better than the brand name in the other.

Same with fruit juices: 1 liter of apple juice has 250 prams of sugar in it. That is the equivalent to a huge family bag of candy... If you would try to eat the same amount of apples, you'd be full in 1/8th of the amount.

.... That's why our ancestors who ate real apples did not get fat.

I have an internal list of things I consume that do not cause me problems... And it is optimized for cost effectiveness.

That's how I keep from falling apart and living stable in spite of my condition.

Same on this side of the ocean. Sometimes clients order loads of pizzas, like every variation of the menu. All of which do not taste good. It’s not food so much as a trap. Filthy pizzas.

Untamed in my book does and has it right: be healthy as a fish and (you can) eat all you like to eat - and can stomach. When a man is ‘sober and clean physically and spiritually’ his body will not fool or betray him, but will only request the beneficial things to keep its composure. It is what it is.

You need no lab to test food! (Here is to you, Untamed, an expert on the matter, who got some meaningful things to say!)

You feel like starving, because repelling the poisons that come disguised as food every time takes away considerable amounts of energy.

The maker can make a huge difference! Like night and day.

Fun fact: Nutritional quality (of all foods) is measurable in the photon emission thereof. Just so you know, whenever this knowledge may come in handy.

Basic and simple things often are much harder to fuck up.

Thank you very much, Gargamel.

I will agree with you that homemade pizza, with homemade sauce is the best. After eating my first homemade one Dominos and the like I consider it lazy food.  Its just that food that was made extra greasy, and extra lazy.

On the subject of starving:

Eating at McPuke I can shovel it all in and still feel hungry. The body can't use what you feed it. No nutritional value just dumb calories. Your body feels that something is missing and you need more food... A vicious cycle if you eat at such places all of the time. I hardly do but I noticed that here in Germany, Burger King is better over all. I can tell by leaving the pace half way satisfied.

It also depends on what you buy. Salads and coffee are less problematic. But the fries that will not rot in over a year... They will not digest in your body as well.

My second feeling of "staving" is when a shitty food make my body eject it all at once. (No graphic detail to spoil your appetite but is is like giving birth to a dead baby. Since the body did not have time to digest and decay it... It comes out with everything still in it... While I have no apparent symptoms)

Stink bombs are a fragrance compared to that.

There is a good movie on what shitty food can do to you in just a few weeks. Let's see if YT has it:

"Super Size Me"

It was once on YT and on the Archive but it's gone now (Copyright)... (I have it, LOL)

But here is a excerpt from it.

LOL... I agree with you about Burger King. You do leave the place halfway satisfied and that's why, on the rare occasions I eat fast food, if I don't go to some Turkish eatery ( lower prices, same or better fresher food ) I'd hit Burger King.  Main reason is that I do know what they serve for I worked for the company in the U.S back in 2001. I remember I was so surprised at how fresh the ingredients were and how the meat was cooked.

I also worked in McPuke back in the 90's and even though we employees could eat for free, I'd make a point to go across the street to IHOPS and eat there, lol.

But fast food places are to be avoided if you've got a real hunger and need a full meal. They're more for quick meetings where you grab a juice or coffee and maybe some fries to go.

Don't let them blame, shame or tame you!
