I saw this article on Breitbart and just started shaking my head.  What a way to alienate your customer base...

Gillette's new advertisement urges men to lose their toxic masculinity, and begin by shaving.

I recommend using Harry's razor anyways.  It is a bettor razor, doesn't clog up, and the blades last longer.  I heard Harry's was pulling some SJW bullshit a year ago, but I have several packs of blades to use before I go razor shopping again.

I also used the dollar shave club and had very good luck.  Good razors, but not as nice of a finish compared to the Harry's.

Another good alternative is to purchase a safety razor.  The store "The Art Of Shaving" has a great variety and has an online presence and many storefronts in malls etc.  I picked up an adjustable model for around $90.00 and purchase the razor refills at the local grocery store for about 5 bucks.  The last thing I need is some multinational corporation lecturing me about how I should conduct myself as a man.

Go caveman with your beard or don't bother growing it at all. IMHO  it is all about the shaving tax

Some grow a beard and trim it neat and still need razors for that purpose.  They still pay the "SHAVING TAX"

I stopped shaving and do not bother buying  razors.  I trim the upper lip only.  This is the natural beard.

I cut my own hair  also..

L&R

I was bound to be misunderstood, and I laugh at the idiots who misunderstand me! Kind mockery toward the well-intentioned and unfettered cruelty toward all would-be prison guards of my creative possibilities. In this way I learn to revel as much in misunderstanding as in understanding and take pleasure in worthy opponents. Making language fluid, flowing like a river, yet precise and pointed as a dirk, contradicts the socialistic purpose of language and makes for a wonderful verbal dance—a linguistic martial art with constant parries that hone the weapon that is the two edged sword of my mouth.

Well - it's getting worse and worse, almost on a daily basis lately - right before our very eyes.

I hope Gillette will be happy with their 'ethics' when the only reason someone will be buying one of their razors will be to shave their vagina!

Should have seen it coming really guys. My latest Gillette razor has a battery in it. It was supposed to be vibrating to assist with lifting the beard to give a cleaner shave. Or so they told us. Sneaky bastards - they've been making mini vibrators all along.

I bet the next L'Oriel shampoo commercial doesn't end with "Because you're NOT worth it...you toxic cunt".

Nope....just men.

The dislikes are going mental - thank goodness  - despite many people complaining that their comments and dislikes are being deleted.

145,000 dislikes as of now.

Reminds me of porky pig, and beta cuck rogan. Discussing the wage gap myth, while shilling bud lite piss water. During halftime of the Superbowl. Clueless lefty zombies. Good riddance.

Seems like an opportunity to cut these cunts out of the picture financially.

All we'd need to do is contact their manufacturers and get them to make us a razor and blades (cost up a price) and have enough men willing to buy.

Then we could start using the profits to benefit our own lives instead of to pay for videos made by some man hating cunt in marketing.

Marketing slogan could be:

"Razors Going Their Own Way. Don't risk a close shave with companies that insult your masculinity."

I went through my home and boxed up all the P&G shit with the intention of mailing it back to them. Fuck these guys. I've been buying their stuff for 30 years. No more. Razor and blades, deodorant, Bounty paper towels, Ivory soap, Dawn, Pepto, oral b tooth brush, crest tooth paste. I bought this shit for years, my family bought this stuff for years before that.

This is what they sell. Its up to you to decide about this. For me, I'm out.

They're getting completely wrecked in the comments section.  It's hilarious.  The bitches at P & G have got to be flummoxed.  I can here them now, "Look at all of that toxic masculinity! Why didn't these people get the message?"

None of their smelly toxic shit is in my place anyway.

My "Braun" products were built before P&G bought that high end company. (Braun AG was/is about 60 km from here)

Duracell batteries were perfectly leak proof for decades until P&G bought them up. Since then, the quality has become "leaky" (in the truest sense of the word) and these things damaged or ruined many devices I own.

Today; I bought a Panasonic beard trimmer, the 200 Euro model. Just by coincidence. My 20 year old Braun now fades away.

For all other chemical products... There are natural Eco-friendly alternatives available.

My YouTube subscription machine just bombarded me with the Gillette topic today:

This one is the greatest statement from Mike Buchanan:

A must watch, LOL.

This TFM feature is on topic but goes deeper into the general matter.

Gillette is just following the bullshit.

"Boycotting companies that use man shaming in their advertising"

... was the first thread I started on the Kitty site 2+ years ago...

Hello,

I found an interesting idea on the internet that would surely have a very big impact on our cause.

Boycotting companies, businesses and media that use man-shaming and man-hating in their advertising or reporting

WE MEN are still 50 percent of the population. And it’s time to show our might to everyone putting us down.

We have to put up a „sticky“ thread here in this forum – in which everyone of us can post evidence and information on „which company does what“.

If we can stop man shaming via pressure on businesses, WE WILL SURELY make a difference in the decisions of TV programmers.

This was a big part of our problem in the first place: They catered their movies, sitcoms and reality shows towards women as their main audience. Of course: With man shaming all over to boost popularity among their “target group”.

And most radio-channels are also meant to be „listened to in the office or in the kitchen“ – by women. This way „man shaming advertising“ brought them many „happy" female listeners.

…And made „beating on us“ in front of a mass audience a casual and widely accepted thing in everyday life…

BUT – when there will suddenly come a time when advertisers will get „disenchanted“ when their spot is run in the „time-vicinity“ of a man-hating or man-shaming show…

I guess that risk will make advertisers and media companies rethink their policies, by avoiding this hot topic in order NOT to lose the other 50 percent of their potential buyers.

We men put up with this far too long, and that is why the media has gotten away with it for decades.

We need to collect and display openly names of offending companies on this forum – so all of us can fight back efficiently.

After that, more and more sane advertisers will then put their „neutral“ radio- and TV-spots in programs and transmissions NOT offending men…

Because we are still 50 percent of the population. And we do make a difference!

Companies would no longer risk that loss for a kinky and stupid TV- or radio-commercial.

Always remember: WE are the wallets.

And many MGTOW men have „good and full wallets“ because of  having no "money eating monster“ at home.

We don’t base our buying decisions on a giggling female anymore!

And WE grow MORE and more EVERY DAY.

So: Post NAMES, LINKS and PHOTOS and other examples of man-shaming advertising right here…

That is from the 2016 Meow files and it still stands.

It is our MGTOW attitude: Leave the crap to the mainstream. But I think that a real MGTOW already tries his best at avoiding bad products.

My idea is to hit these people “where it hurts” and to get noticed with a sledgehammer. And that is the sales department of big companies getting “weak in the knees” when 50 percent of potential buyers get turned off by their man- hating advertising campaigns.

That is like a precision weapon, hitting right on the spot. Like Brian Tracy says:
Problems in companies that he coaches have their problems “always in sales”. And that is where they are vulnerable.

Sticking perfectly to the "rules" of MGTOW:

“Walking away” from companies that put us down. And “going our own way” in the choice of products we buy.

It is a case of passive resistance.

We boycott entitled women, why not boycott industries that devalue men?

Why not boycott companies that spend too much money on women-friendly-advertising altogether…???

The wife making the buying decision?

But what happens if this “wife nags husband” system starts to fail?

Right now 85 percent of all buying decisions are still made by the housewife. But what if the marriage rate drops further and “the big wallets” are no longer under female control?

MGTOW will surely leave an impact on this system, no doubt.

Whatever “emotional advertising” is concerned, well you’re right: You’re a man.

But what I am proposing is that we become “emotional” whenever companies put out man-shaming advertising, that “goes against the rules of good taste”.

This is by far not the entire thread since the rest kind of drifted off-topic.

But here is a YouTube channel that was called Vinny Mac at the time and now has changed names twice.

His videos about "Misandry in the media" are a classic.
