I was on POF last week, yeah I know big mistake, same ugly bitches as expected.

Anyways got into an argument with this angry single mom about gender wage gaps how women have been exploited and still to this day have to take on care of parents kids etc. I flat out told this Nimrod it's not my fault those are the types of men women choose, if you want a man to help with chores care of children etc then why not look for that in a partner? To that logical response I was told well have to agree to disagree and if I push it my number will get blocked. Needless to say I blocked hers too.

It's not so much this issue alone it's the fact that women can not think logically and coherently hence I'm single and refuse to settle I'm a MGTOW.

Ah the dumpster fire of the online world. Remember women still act like children and refuse to accept responsibility for their actions. Even when you have the conversation with them when you are getting married they still refuse to do the work on their side. I remember a relative asked me why my house was dirty I told them I work 100 hours a pay period and don't have time or energy to clean, and she as sure as hell doesn't.

If you divide wages by the hours worked, women get paid more.

They take more time off, work less overtime, and are less enthusiastic about getting projects done.  They use health insurance more frequently, and their overhead costs to the company are higher.

Men physically bring home more money, but by working overtime, not because they are paid more.

If women were truly working as hard (or harder) and getting paid less, you would see women dominating the work force.  

The facts do not support the statement.  Remember, women do not care about facts, just feelings.  Just the thought that something COULD happen demands action...

You cannot rationalize with a woman.  You might as well teach a turtle to flip pancakes!

Yes, sir! Work on project pancake-flip 2000 has already commenced! I put up a modular 3-stages plan on my flip chart and went through every stage with the turtles until they seemed saturated with crucial information of how to accomplish the goal of pancake-flip 2000. I recorded stage one with a camera to show you how close we already have come to a breakthrough! Well, when I say "breaktrough" of course you have to keep in mind that the overarching strategy is to take small steps -and not to hurry it too much, especially in the tender and fragile first stage of the basic exercises- leading up to final and glorious completion of the 3 stages plan!

Seriously, a young guy I work with for a week, now, and will work with for several more weeks to come, just told me that he would be visiting his ex-girlfriend after work. For some very strange reason their meetings would include things like going to a burger king fast food restaurant to have dinner, together.

He´d eat several burgers with complicated names, that were unknown to me previoulsy and I feel not compelled to try and recite in public.

He´d eat like 4 of them. And have fries with that.

Anyways, after having told me that (I specifically asked about the hamburgers), I´d be like: "Yeah, know that, been there myself: you do not want to put up with their shit anymore, but, hey, somehow you have grown accustomed to banging them regularly, anyway."

He would look sad for a moment. Ashamed. Like he looked when I asked him what he was training (flexing) for ("stamina, fitness, strength?") and he -subdued- said: "outer appearance".

I didn´t mean to be a dick to him, whatsoever, in the contrary! In this moment he had to confront the fact that he was ashamed of doing these things motivated by pussy that he didn´t get, anyway.

"Well,for putting up with her shit and nonsense, still, she at least should give you some head, shouldn´t she?"

Again, this look on his face. A look that seemed to say: "It´s complicated."

Yeah, I can see that. Fuck complicated. He is a good guy that has potential to be a motherfunking funny stoic one day.

 

Funny, how ever since he does not seem to be too interested in talking with me about anything private. We´ll see.

No need for all of these studies, arguments and whatever else.   Paying women less than men is ILLEGAL.  The "Equal Pay Act of 1963" made it such.

The above link is to the actual statute that describes all of this.  So the next time ANYBODY tells you that this is a problem, tell them about the statute.  And then ask them why hasn't the employer been reported? It's a VERY easy process to report an infraction.  This is very simple.  People get arrested every day for all kinds of shit, so law enforcement has no problem booking folks.  Seriously.

You knock retards, but at least they KNOW they are retarded.  Those people at least seek out employment.  Most women and all of these social justice morons don't know they are retarded.  We keep telling them they are special and they don't get it.

Trump could have a couple PSAs made about the current rights women have and the dates when the changes were made, along with party vote count.  THAT would shut a few talking heads up for a minute!

Rather than argue facts and figures with women there is another approach to this issue that shuts them up---quickly. Ask then a question: If women are paid 77 cents to every dollar a man is paid, and all companies are profit seeking (and labor costs are their principal expenditure) then WHY in God's name wouldn't EVERY company under the sun employ ONLY women as a cost saving measure?

I hate to break the news to you but your argument won't really hold up as well as you make think.  According to most feminist pundits women make less money because of systemic problem like institutionalized sexism and outdated gender roles which still infect American society and business.  An example of an outdated cultural norm is that men are better able to be successful in a law enforcement role that women are.  This type of outdated gender roll prevents women from moving up in law enforcement agencies and thereby depressing the average wage for women in that profession.  An example of systemic sexism is the fact that women taking off for having a baby and bonding with their new child then puts them in a poor position when they get back because their time off effects things like seniority, business contacts, etc. and generally puts the company in a position to where it rewards people who don't have children. This then depresses the economic opportunities for women and thereby reduces their average wage overall.  In summary there is a one two punch, a system that punishes women in ways that it doesn't punish men is combined with general attitudes that men are more capable of doing a variety of professional work.  These two items combined are what's know as the patriarchy.  By the way, the above mentioned system is criticized for the effects that it has on men by feminists, but that's for a different topic. 

A parallel example is the fact that Black people are, as a group, economically disadvantaged due to systemic racism.  Blacks, according to feminists, are routinely denied promotions due to skin color.  Just look at the racial composition of the typical corporate hierarchy.  Blacks are underrepresented across the board.  The same goes for most any other societal structure.  Banks, education, etc.  All have a varying degree of racial hegemony not in line with diversity represented in broader American society.  In addition predominantly Black parts of town are over policed due to racial stereotyped ideas and pervasive racism carried over from an era in American history were Blacks where considered secondary citizens.  This racism is also responsible for keeping entire communities of Blacks in poverty, thereby ensuring they stay economically disadvantaged and more likely to be targeted by the very system that claims to represent them.

Both of the above mentioned phenomenon are to be fought with activism and systemic change.  That's where feminism comes in.  Changing attitudes and the very systems we have in place to allow for more women and minorities to achieve the type of success men and White people have attained is the goal.  At least that's what the story is. I'm not saying that I agree with anything that I have written above in the least, what I am saying is that these, amoung others, are the arguments that even an undergraduate in gender studies would be able to counter with when you make the "just hire women because they're cheaper" assertion.

All companies would prefer hiring women if they could cut salaries by a third doing so.

When it comes to money, how many company care for systemic this or systemic that?

Companies care for the production of results they can market.

I met a guy who lives in the woods near me.  He is an expert in getting food from the gas station dumpster and how to do some crazy shit with a hachet.  He says that he hasn't killed anybody in a long time.  That's cool, he knows a crap ton about motor oil.
